: Spacious apartmentVery nice wellness area.Rich buffet breakfast.Tasty a la carte menu for dinners. Good location for hiking and skiing.
: Wellness is open till 19.00 and the kitchen till 20.00, which is stressful. The kitchen should be open for longer. There was no fridge in the apartment.

: Beautiful area for walks which is why we went. Good value for money and we found a great restaurant near by. I think we may have been slightly out of season but Lake Lunzer is stunningly beautiful and if youre lucky enough to get a top apartment, you may get a view of it. We had a ground floor but had a garden view which was still lovely. Not many people spoke English at the resort but I quite like that. Made it feel more traditional and you get by with sign language and a few learned words. Very friendly people running the resort.
: They seemed a little disorganised. The sauna and steam werent turned on at the times advertised and we had to call and ask for them to be switched on. They immediately accommodates but we had to wait 30 minutes or so for things to warm up. Also there was no bed linen in the room for the second bed. Again it was provided when asked but we had to go to the hotel and collect. However, warm, friendly people so cant complain. It was a lovely place.
