  : Well equipped, great view and nice location, brilliant restaurant down in the village and beaches close by, clearly recommended.
  : A bit heavy to carry the luggage up but worth the little effort.

  : The flat was suprisingly well equiped, with everything needed to cook, big fridge, big freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen ustensils in the kitchen. But also 2 nice TVs (Somehow No Youtube and Netflix are available even though they appear on the remote), a nice couch, bed and furniture in general- Friendly and flexible host
  : You need a car to be able to move around freely, the public transportation is almost none existent (Bus only every 2 hours and no way to buy a ticket when going to Luino, to go to Cadenazzo you can however using the SBB app).- It takes a good 20min to go up to arrive at the flat from the bus/train station below by foot.- The bathroom could really use shower curtains. Also the warm water takes quite a long time to arrive (8-10min) which is not so nice as it wastes a lot of water.- The WiFi speed and reach could be improved by putting a better box or adding repeaters (But it works well enough in the living room with around 5-8Mbps)- As the place is small without shops and going to shops means going to Luino by bus (Can't walk there as there is no path on the road) it would have been really appreciated to have some basic condiments (Salt, pepper) and fruits when arriving as otherwise you are stuck without any food and have to order

  : The location close to the city and the free parking. the kitchen was allright and living room as well.
  : Specifically I did not like the humidity/fungus smell in the bed room and bedroom closet. I could not breath well and slept poorly. Also the sewer smell in the hall way is quite bad. Also, the balcony picture in the room pictures made me think I would have a balcony, but that was another floor and it was just added to the room pictures.

  : The furniture.
  : Booking promote the Tower 44 as if it is in Luino, which is a comfortable lively small town on the lakeside. In reality, Tower 44 is in Colmegna, a hamlet more than 5 km from Luino, half way up in the middle of nowhere. It is very difficult to reach it. For sure to reach it you must have a car, better a small car, because the street is very narrow and dangerous. Nothing to do with a stay in Luino.

  : The apartment was spacious and bright, with a breathtaking view on the lake. Bathroom was clean and kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. The apartment is comfortable and the checking-in and out was easy - we needed to pick up the key in the hotel down in Luino.
  : When I tried to cook our dinner and we had lights turned on at the same time - the fuses blew up. The electrical network in the building is so old and bad that you can't put on several electrical devices at once otherwise your whole electricity goes down. Also, the road to the hotel is not the nicest, it is quite steep for a old car (our car broke down on that road! we needed to call the asisstance). Despite being located nearby Luino it is still too far and too steep to walk there on foot.
