  : It was located to a charming surrounding: narrow alleys, beautiful lake view, old stone buildings. The view from the room was very beautiful. You could almost feel the movements of the lake (waves) because the building was 0 from the lake.
  : We didn't know where to park the car because we hadn't got any information about that. If one has to leave the car up by the main road, it's a long distance to carry luggages. There weren't signs where one should turn to find the hotel near the hotel. It's really hard to carry luggages up and down those narrow alleys and stairs trying to find the right building... The young lady who works in the hotel didn't have right kind of attitude. We didn't feel welcome at all and we had to wait a long time without any apologies. Didn't get any smile either. There was also a language barrier. She couldn't speak any English and we were not able to speak Italian.
