: We could not have been more pleased with the house. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The house is clean and tidy, beds are comfy and plenty of towels were provided. The heating and hot water were both very efficient and made a very wet and sometimes cold stay enjoyable. The area is quiet and parking for the car located off road. Location is close to the town where there are many local independent shops and a market 3 days a week. The castle and river are within walking distance and a walk around the town reveals history dating back to medieval times. There is a theatre showing both live entertainment and films. Generally the area has lots to offer, with Leominster, Tenbury Wells and Kington all worth a visit.
: The key lock was tricky and I had problems getting the keys but I made a call and the owner came within a very short time to help. This is the only negative I can say about this property.

: Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.Items such as coffee and salt and pepper ect left in the kitchen were an added bonus also.
: We were a bit disconcerted to find that as previously arranged, there was no one there to meet us with the keys. After a phone call to Sykes Cottages we were given the code for the key safe which was fine and straightforward.However this information would have been helpful if it had been communicated before we wasted half an hour waiting in the cold and wet weather.
