  : This is a very comfortable villa with an attentive and gracious hostess, who lives next door. Room is good size and and well furnished. Lovely breakfast room with personal service is included. A garden outside. Onsite parking.
  : Only disadvantage is that 18 minute walk to town of Lucca.

  : A very friendly and attentive hosting by Agnes and Costanza. Questions by E-Mail answered very quickly. The room was absolutely marvellous in a typical historic tuscany style. The bathroom comfortable. Everything tidy and clean. The beds not too weak for a good sleep and the outside quiet. Nothing disturbs the sound of silence. So all in all a really great place to stay for a couple of nights. We get a great breakfast in the morning with all you can wish for it. Fresh fruits. yoghurt, bred, dolce, cheese, meat, eggs, honey, jam, water, juice, chocolate, milk, tea and a wonderful cappuccino or something else...what you wish to have, it was served by Agnes. Also the way to the middle of the lovely town Lucca is not too far away so you can walk by foot. Safe parking place by the house.
  : Nothing! Everything was alright and great. If we visit Lucca again, we will keep your address and came back to your wonderful place. Thank you very much for a nice time we spend in your house.

  : Warmly greeted by Constanza who showed us where to park ( secure and easy , and unlike some places did not then ask for more money for it ) , and gave us some excellent directions to maximise our too short stay in Lucca. Breakfast was lovely , prepared by her mother with love, and served by Constanza same. You really notice when hosts are really going that extra mile. The room was attractive and comfortable. A very good overnight stay, in an easy driving location , but still only 10 minutes walk to the old town and sights.
  : Just the plastic mattress protector !
