  : We did not have the opportunity to find out if we liked anything because the owner sold our reserved room to someone else, even though we had reserved it with the guarantee of our credit card. However, locals we spoke to, near the establishment, who tried to help us first contact the management of this place (who were nowhere to be found) and, later, tried to help us, unsuccessfully, to find alternative accommodations, told us it was a very low quality place and not clean. We have no way of verifying this because, again, the owner sold our room to someone else.
  : This was a reservation which I guaranteed with my credit card. I warned the owner that we would be significantly delayed at the border of Ukraine, due to Russian bombing and hordes of fleeing Ukrainians. The line of cars at the Polish border was many miles long. So it took a long time. Two days later, after buying a Polish SIM card (our roaming was not working) we learned that he had written back promising to leave the key with one of the inhabitants. However, we went around knocking on many doors upon arrival, and no one opened any. In our desperation, we ended up being befriended by some locals, whom we met at a store across the street. We explained our situation, and they tried to help us. One of them called the owner on his local phone (our roaming service was not working). The owner told them that he had rented our room to someone else. The information was then conveyed to us. Our new friends tried to help us find alternative accommodation. It was impossible to do so. Because of the recent Russian attacks on Ukraine, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian refugees are now in Poland. There was not one room left in the entire city to rent. In the end, we ended up sleeping, if you can call it "sleep", in our car. A wink of shut-eye here, another wink there, and I decided to use the night to drive all the way to Krakow, Poland. During this bleary eyed journey, our two little children were miserable, and got only, maybe, three hours of sleep. I give prospective bookers of this establishment this advice: DO NOT RELY on a reservation with this establishment. It does not honor them. When you arrive, they may have already rented your room to someone else and you could end up sleeping in your car. If you have no car, then you'll be sleeping on the street!

  : I like balcony view with no doubt! Nice trees with numerous birds flying in the morning. Best beginning of the new day!
  : Stuff didn't respond on booking messages. It was an awful smell of cigarettes in the room. There was the only hook in bathroom for everything (towels, clothes, etc.). Price was higher on 20 PLN.

  : No hairdryer in the room. No lighting above the mirror makes shaving extremely difficult.
