  : breakfast was good, staff was polite and friendly, although the desk area was unattended both when I arrived and when I left.
  : Staff Availability:Upon my arrival and departure, I had to wait over 10 minutes for staff assistance. On both occasions, there was no one present at the desk. This delay was inconvenient and impacted my overall experience.Room and Bathroom Issues:The drainage in the shower of my initial room was backed up, causing significant inconvenience. Although I appreciate being moved to a different room the next day, the issue should have been resolved quickly to avoid such discomfort.Additionally, the commode in the first bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible urine on the seat. This is a serious hygiene concern that needs immediate attention to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your facilities.The rooms were smaller than I anticipated and were dusty, indicating fair housekeeping standards. A cleaner environment would significantly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of your patients.

  : The lady at the front was helpful and nice. The breakfast was good.
  : The pool area was very dirty. We went down there at 2 different times. The first time around 5 that evening and there were kids eating in the pool, trash on the ground around the pool, and no new towels for new pool people. We went back around 7 that evening and there was sunflower seeds everywhere! In the pool and around the pool. Still no towels. A deflated balloon floating in the pool. Trash from previous people. My husband went and got a broom from the front and offered to sweep up the seeds since the lady at the front seemed to be the only staff at the hotel.

  : The lobby, breakfast area and hallways were very clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. Lots of options.
  : The hotel room was decently clean. Found a few pieces of trash on the floor, left from the previous tenant. Otherwise the room was excellent.

  : I liked the location and the breakfast! I also liked that when I told the front desk about the minor issues in our room they were very receptive and helpful!
  : Our room was very clean but it looked like they were still working on finishing updates to our room - the tub spout was super wiggly, the blackout shade was jammed, and there were some scuffs on the walls. I know it takes time to update a large property so i am sure those things will get repaired!
