  : Not an awful lot. Good parking facilities, well located on the outskirts of Lucenec
  : Reception was too busy on phone on our day of arrival that she put us into the wrong room. Then she wanted 14 extra for a cot for my 10 month old. When we eventually got the correct room, she blamed Booking.com for the mistake. The room is very tired and could definitely do with updating. The wellness was a nice facility but poorly managed. There was toilet paper thrown into the toilet bowel, and it took 20 mins to find a staff member to report it. There was also a fowl smell of urine from the mens toilet. The wellness Centre only opens from 1pm to 9pm, so the use of it is prohibited on the day of departure. The access to the Water Park is EXTRA and NOT included in your stay. It's not expensive at 12 per person, but it was an extra 48 for our group.The buffet was decent but way too expensive at 25 per person. Overall, I find it too expensive for the service that's offered and definitely won't be staying here again.
