  : Nice and helpful staff. Calm and quite place. Nearby is a restaurant. The view was amazing. Swimming pool also perfect. And I appreciate we got one big bad as described in an offer. Would recommend the place!

  : on the plus side: swimming pool at the hotel, air conditioning in the room, clean in the room - cleaned daily, fridge in the room also a plus. in the description, 2.2 km to the closest to the beach (lie).
  : villa very high, very sharp and long drive to the top 7km (about 20min) so far to the city, I can't imagine going up on foot, the same for breakfast every day (eggs in any form - nothing else), terrible coffee, the same set additions everyday! scandal! Rating: 5/10

  : What sets this property apart is its location. Approximately 8 km from Lovran, up in the mountain, it is peaceful and offers lovely views of the mountains and the sea. The steep and winding road is perhaps not for the faint hearted and we did have some troubles finding it, but well worth it once you arrive. The staff is lovely, the property is new, rooms spacious enough, with balconies (had sea view). Would ask for a higher floor room next time for even better views. Breakfast was not self service due to Covid, but it was plentiful. The konoba (restaurant) on the premises has a decent menu. The swimming pool is not huge, but there were never many people around, so we had it to ourselves at times. If you like peace and quiet then this is the place for you.
