  : Our car broke down on I-25N, on our way from Rocky Mountain National Park to Cheyenne, WY, on a Saturday evening. Luckily, we were able to limp into a parking lot which just happened to be shared by the Holiday Inn Express and another hotel. The car needed to be towed to the dealership and the repairs weren't completed until Tuesday afternoon. We were fortunate to "land" where we did--we booked a King suite which worked out fine for 3 of us, we were able to just unload the car right there before having it towed away, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and a bit different each day. There was a lovely outdoor patio where we could sit and relax and relieve the cabin fever from being cooped up in a hotel room.
  : No complaints, really, other than neither the king bed nor the pull-out were as comfortable as others we've slept on, but they were adequate.

  : Front desk staff was charging for water, later found out it was free. Individual was pocketing cash. When I brought it up to manager, she said would take off bill, employee was still working next day. On going construction crew was loud early in morning. Had to ask several times to get fresh towels. Elevator was out of order multiple times. Breakfast was out of everything including plates and cups. They checked in someone else under my reservation, never corrected. When we checked out, they originally charged the room to someone else's card, I showed them the mistake and waited for it to be corrected before leaving. Next day was charged for the room that another guest was in. When I contacted the hotel was told general manager would have to take care of it and would call back, never called. I called next day same run around.

  : I have requested to clean the room and change my towels, but nothing was done. The room never got cleaned during my 3 days' stay

  : It had the pool and hot tub. The slide is great! Breakfast decent. just not many options for people who have pork allergies. Staff was very friendly-hotel was clean.
  : The bed was so hard! The business center printer did not work. The pool and hot tub didn’t work until 6pm. The chemicals were overly strong. The slide was supposed to shut down at 9 o’clock-but did not- (unmanaged kids)
