  : The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The hotel location is excellent, in a quite area near downtown and Osam river.
  : Some small items should be fixed or replaced in the rooms : hanger, sofa, draperies. The light is insufficient (a single light bulb)

  : very friendly staff quiet location nice courtyard, very enjoyable, and beautiful old and traditional building
  : lack of plugs very bad WIFI connection, it was difficult to use Skype, and the connection was very slow bathtube instead of shower

  : I live in the lovech reason and 2 days without water in our village meant that we had to find a hotel and have a short break.I have stayed here before, this will be my fourth time over a period of about 8 years.Good location, safe parking, in the old town.Lovech is a beautiful place with plenty to see and do.We took our two small dogs with us also, breakfast was reasonable in line with the cost..We will stay again because we enjoy a night out or an afternoon walking around lovech

  : They do not speak any language, only the local. Poor breakfast and also the attitude of the barman, not so polite. The rooms are outdated...you can hear everything from de clients next door.

  : The location was good with the covered bridge and centre within easy walking distance, and the food from the restaurant was excellent. The property itself is aesthetically pleasing and it has a very pleasant garden and restaurant terrace.
  : The room was tiny and very cramped for space. The one small wardrobe was stuffed full of bedding, and there was no shelving to put things on. We are touring Bulgaria for 3 months so we have a lot of luggage and there was nowhere to put it out of the way! If one sat on the chair to work at the desk there was no space for the other person to get past. There was a water leak from under the bath that meant that your feet or shoes got wet every time you went into the bathroom and you tramped water into the bedroom. We could not get the room door to lock during our stay. We reported the faults to reception and a big burly man came to try the lock and he managed to double lock it after some effort, but I at 86 years of age did not have the brute strength to get the door tightly closed enough to lock it, and one turn of the key meant that it opened with just slight pressure on it. The room was very dark and we had to have the lights on to see properly during the day. Even the entrance door to the guest house did not open or close easily and made a loud noise when banged closed and a loud scrapping noise when opened. Noise from the rooms above were also not properly suppressed. The heavy curtains invariably got stuck over the door to the balcony, or the window, when opened and it was difficult to get them out of the way.
