Set in a large palm-tree garden 150 metres from Kanoni Beach Heliatoras offers traditionally furnished studios with views over the garden or the Aegean Sea. : It was a perfect stay for a family of four. The room was clean and quiet. The owner was very helpful suggesting us a local tavern nearby. Thank you for everything:)
: The bathroom and the shower cabin were a bit small but it is not a big deal for a short stay.

: I booked the hotel base on the reviews, and admittedly the hotel met my expectations for sure. The owners are a lovely couple who were very engaged and welcomed us since day one. I travelled with my baby boy. The same day a group of volunteers had a party in the dwelling, given that it was their last day on the island and the studios. Knowing that we had an infant with us, the owners let the party go for the right amount of time and asked the bunch to drop the party after an hour in for our babies' peace of mind. Only for this do the owners get extra points in my book. The location is fantastic, a 5-minute walk from the famous Kanoni beach and a 10-minute drive from St Rafael Monastery. I would suggest to whoever will stay at Heliatoras and the region of Pyrgos Thermis to arrange transportation because despite the studios being in the middle of northern Mytilene and the city centre it's still a distance and buses are not frequent. The room was clean, and Heliatora's owners provided a cot bed. I even lost the key, and the owners were kind enough to give me a replacement.
