  : The van itself was lovely. Very modern and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked and bedding was provided. There was also an en-suite to the double room which was a nice surprise. All appliances worked well and there was plenty of storage space for all our belongings. Great location - bus stop right outside the site, shops and takeaways across the road, arcade and club house on site and a lovely cafe that served an excellent breakfast.
  : On the website, it states that check in time is 3pm, so we arrived at this time. We were refused entry to the caravan until almost 6pm due to the 'queens funeral' however we were stranded with nothing to do as everything was closed due to the bank holiday with the excuse 'the staff were watching the queens funeral instead of cleaning the caravans'. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to try and speed things along. We were told they would ring us when it was ready on multiple occasions but the last time we went to check it was ready and we received no phone call as promised.

  : Property was in a great location with plenty to do on site. Was very clean when we arrived and easy to find
  : Beds were comfortable however sofa bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Lack of cutlery etc and could do with hooks to hang towels, coats.
