  : There were 5 beds in one room. Which was what we required. On the ad it says wheelchair access but this is only a lift there is no access into the room but to be fair they had told us this but only a day or two before we left do too late to source some where else. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and nice. He told us the room was not wheelchair friendly but if he could help he would and we appreciated that. It is very close to the basillica etc so very handy that way.It was very clean though.We were given toiletries too which are not in every hotel.Theres also a great little restaurant up the road from it called pizzeria Genieve great pasta dishes pizza etc and good value once you find somewhere nice to eat stick with it. Shops beside it too and slightly cheaper than the shops the other side.
  : I had emailed the day before for early check in and received confirmation back that that was ok. However when we arrived check in was not until 2 which would still have been ok if we were allowed to leave our bags in but she would not let us so we couldnt go far with all the bags. The shower was very small .there was no where to hang or put clothes no wardrobe.
