  : No one met me at the hotel, the bathroom was not cleaned (pictures attached). I warned the owner that the bathroom was messy, it was cleaned after that. I spent two nights in the hotel. The second evening I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 p.m. but I could not enter the hotel because the front door does not open. I call the owner on the phone but no one answers, I go to the police but they also can't help. My things are in the hotel and tomorrow morning I will travel further by train at 6.30. I go back to the hotel and call, I knock, maybe someone can hear me from the hotel. In the end, two girls who live next to that hotel come out onto the road. I go to the police with them again, but again nothing helps. I return to the hotel and now a married couple is standing in front of the entrance who also cannot enter. Finally, around midnight, the owner comes and she also can't open the door. She was quite angry and rude, but in the end, she still managed to open the door. It turned out that the door was broken and she was not available on the phone. I leave at 6:30 in the morning, it's already 1 in the morning and I don't know if I'll be able to open the door in the morning. I go to sleep and luckily manage to open the door in the morning.

  : No plug for the bathtub!!! I asked for one and was told there wen't any. .That is totally unacceptable.Could not use the microwave, only the kettle for tea. Was given a paper c up for my hot tea even though there was China. I was not allowed.

  : Cleaned Rooms everyday if you wanted it doneGood lift.Everything was clean lifts carpets decor beds. And for the money was just about ok.
  : It says parking but no Hotel car park just a free for allLayby opposite and parking in town or down the road but in peak season that would be a problem with Lourdes. Despite saying they can speak languages they couldn't, they use Google translate which helps abit and helps with some confusion and I can't either. It appears that there is nobody there at night but can't confirm that is the case and may not be a legal requirement in France..They also said I didn't have 2 nights despite it clearly showing on My Booking.com App that I had 2 nights but they were ok about it and rectified it
