  : Convenient location for the university. Wifi is quite quick.
  : Beds are very uncomfortable. You cannot get dinner in the hotel unless you have booked a space by 4pm on the day, however staff do not inform you of this when checking in. I found this out during my stay when I was turned away from dinner at 6.30pm - the only option is to go elsewhere or order uber eats (which quite a few other guests were doing). My reservation also included breakfast but the receptionist tried to charge me 10. Despite showing email confirmation that breakfast was included, they did (politely) argue with me on the point before acquiescing. Next time I will stay elsewhere.

  : Good location to visit university. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming.
  : The drinking mug in the room was dirty with coffee stains around the mouth. It automatically made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Found lots of dust over the metal railings in the bathroom (we had an accessible room). The table lamp was not working but it was not a big issue for us so we didnt complain. I believe the mini fridge was also not working. It didnt get cold despite the switch was on.

  : Generally clean and modern throughout, large bedroom with good amount of storage space. Duty manager was friendly and polite at check out.
  : Whilst the room was advertised as a King Size Room, it was in fact 2 single beds pushed together which creates a gap in the middle of the bed and not ideal for a couple trying to sleep on it. When we arrived at the hotel reception was unmanned and had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to arrive and to be greeted; wasnt overly warm or confident. Instead of a traditional bathroom, a wet room was present which were not a fan of due to trailing water everywhere in the room once youve had a shower.The main drawback was the comfort of the room; its kitted out and feels more like a student halls than a hotel. The bed was neither soft or firm but generally unsupportive and definitely one of the worst nights sleeps weve had in a hotel in a long time! The likes of a Premier Inn and Travelodge which would have been 40-50 a night cheaper would have been significantly more comfortable stay wise. Breakfast selection was very light, hot food wasnt very warm and the cold selection was sparse and underwhelming. We also didnt appreciate the mannerisms of the night security who after rudely demanding to see our access cards, couldnt fathom that 2 men were sharing the same bed/room and seemed somewhat flabbergasted by our situation. Unprofessional and verging on homophobic behaviour was definitely not expected!

  : Very clean and comfortable, quiet for a peaceful night.
  : Although there is a restaurant, I didn't realise that dinner needed to be booked online in advance as nothing was stated in the confirmation/reminder email. Hence I couldn't eat there. I am aware of efforts to prevent food waste, but it would be ideal to have a standard menu for customers who decide to eat on the spot.
