  : The reception didn't know about our booking reserve, we had to wait almost an hour for them to prepare a room.Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, especially as we arrived in the middle of a heat wave

  : The beds were incredibly comfortable and the views unparalleled. A very cheap bus ride from Puerto and the staff were lovely especially room cleaning and catering staff.If you want location, great nearby walks, clean rooms and beautiful views (mine was 180 which was wonderful) it's incredibly reasonable for the price.
  : The pool, although completely clear water clearly had not had the sides or bottom scrubbed as they were black with mould and it was filled with what I hoped was dragonfly larvae, so unfortunately this let the site down as I did pick it for the pool.I think the only real issue with this hotel is that they put the pool in the wrong place in the north against the tall hotel so it doesn't receive sun all day and therefore is not frequented by many. I could have also done with a light in my kitchen area as the lounge and bed lights did not reach far enough and made evening cooking difficult in a well stocked kitchenette.

  : We spent 12 nights at the Panoramica Garden Hotel. The personnel was great, very friendly and helpful, positive people with a good vibe, great choice for reception front desk! The room was spotless, cleaning ladies are also doing a great job, they were also very friendly and nice. We loved that our room had a balcony and had an amazing lateral view to both mountain and ocean. Breakfast was also good, would have been even better if we could get more vegetables and variety of cheese and fruits, but all in one it was good. The hotel is located close to Puerto de la Cruz so you can easily go there for dinner and shopping. There are also some good restaurants nearby the hotel.
