  : Clean, warm and welcoming with many small touches. There was a nice table and chairs for sitting outside, plants, art, and free treats in the room like chocolates and soft drinks. Good wifi. Located in a seemingly safe area with some nice neighbourhood spots within walking distance - I walked to a great coffee shop, breakfast place, ice cream, and seafood restaurant. As a female solo traveler I felt very comfortable here.

  : So here we are in America 4th of July weekend Los Angeles California the most popular JULY 4th USA destination this year. I booked it only the day before and was so grateful to get this room as the rest of the entire freaking City not to mention all big cities in our country USA we're already booked for this night's stay on 4th of July. I put my mind at rest that whole previous day knowing that my pet and I would have a comfortable place to stay to avoid the fireworks which scared the daylights out of my pet and me, as I have severe PTSD. However later that afternoon on July 3rd, again day before my stay, I get a frantic phone call from the owner/manager man. He tells me that the toilet is clogged in that room and he's going to have to cancel my reservation. This is literally only hours before I am to arrive there the next day. I've already driven clear across town to be nearby, and staying with a friend until I'm going to go stay there. First of all, I know that these things can happen. It would have been classy, professional, polite and doing good business to have offered me a free stay of my choosing at a later date. No, he just told me to lie to you when I receive the notice to say my card was denied - which it certainly was not - and by lie I mean he told me to ignore it which is dishonest like lying. He said he's not allowed to cancel the reservation which I bet is true I bet through booking.com he would have been forced to make some compensation to me other than just gosh darn it last minute canceling my reservation hours before my arrival on a biggest holiday of the year for the area need for a hotel, once more 4th of July in the USA Los Angeles California. For this reason I do not recommend this hotel or motel and I believe that all those great reviews are from people who were asked to give them friends family etc.

  : The cool music playing around . The female energy here us amazing. Nice kind touches like free apples and a little bit of candy . Every unit has their little table and chairs .Latino Brazilian vibe , laid back and easy . .
