Policies

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs USD 60 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note: The hotel requires a deposit for incidentals at check-in.

For non-refundable bookings, the credit card used at the time of booking must be preset at the time of check-in.

Smoking is not permitted. If caught, there is a cleaning fee of USD 500.

Late departures after 13:00 will result in a fee of USD 85.

Availability and hours of operation in food outlets and public area amenities are subject to change.

Please note that working hours for the gym start from 5:00AM - 11:00PM.
