  : The location was good , the room sizes were excellent and the two bedrooms each had their own bathroom. The kitchen was really good with plenty of appliances.
  : There were no instructions for anything. We couldn’t get the TV to work, the fob for the garage didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, no welcome pack of dishwasher or washing powder tablets , insufficient towels provided , the furniture was stained and ripped. The garbage chute was blocked outside the apartment and the floor was filthy underneath it and was not cleaned for the 3 days we were there . We had to leave the garbage bag in the kitchen as there was nowhere to put it. The apartment is managed by a company in New York the contact I was given had not visited the property so could not help when I couldn’t get into the garage. There was a pool - we didn’t know if we could use it - there was no pool towels so we didn’t try. There’s a reason you have to pay up front with no cancellation available . The check in instructions state it’s a luxury residential apartment block so you are not allowed to talk to any of the resident - the apartment wasn't luxurious. No information provided about the area and hope to ask either.

  : The apartment was clean and in a good location of LA. There was a parking spot for our car in a locked garage.
  : The bed in the master room is very lumpy, not very comfortable. The cleaning ladies showed up way before 11a and we felt rushed getting packed to leave.

  : My husband and I love hiking in Runyon Canyon and this property is just outside the entrance. It’s also within walking distance to the sights and sounds of Hollywood, shopping, and dining. We even found a food truck one evening just two blocks away serving delicious TexMex food!The apartment is minimally decorated and very spacious, kitchen was well equipped, and the linens were nice. Being that it is a corner unit was a real plus because there was lots of natural light through the many windows. We hope this apartment is available when we return to visit our daughter.

  : I loved the fact that there was 2 bathrooms, one in each room. There was a washer & dryer in the apartment. It was spacious and even had a balcony. The central air worked great that we had to turn it off or bring temperature up a few times because it would get pretty cold. Great location, it was a very quiet area and just steps away from the park!
  : There was only one TV. None in the bedrooms.The hot water would only last a few minutes.
