  : The alarm clock on the nightstand went off at 6am on Sunday!!! I was planning to sleep late as I was so tired and that completely ruined it. The staff should have checked when getting the room ready for the next guest. Staff were nice and polite.

  : The cleanliness and overall staff experience. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The supermarket across the street is very convenient .
  : Noisy neighbors who didn't care they were in a hotel where others pay a decent amount of money for a clean , safe and quiet space . After politely asking them to keep it quiet at 2:30 am , they did so for 10 minutes , then proceeded to make even more noise than before performing karaoke into the early hours. It should be noted - this room had an adjoining door , which I was not thrilled about, but overlooked it, as it had a small private balcony and was informed the rooms were soundproof - ABSOLUTELY not soundproof. I would advise anyone looking to stay here to be sure your room does not have an adjoining door unless you need it for a larger family. It would be great if there were more than one elevator for the entire property, I don't mind the walk but if you are traveling with an elderly or physically challenged family member it can make it a bit more difficult.

  : Great location, the staff is very friendly and polite.
  : TV options are very limited. It's very frustrating to select a regular channel and get a message on the screen: "Please wait.." that goes on forever until there is no other choice but to keep searching, I do not understand why not set up free streaming

  : It was nearby all the places I needed to go to. Bistro bar on site was great and convenient when I didnt want to go look for food outside the hotel. Staff was attentive and great.
  : Only thing about this was the street it was on. Our room faced the busy street and it was non stop loud car noises at night and throughout the night. Wish the elevator go to parking lot area and parking was tight squeeze.
