  : The beds were very comfortable. The decor made the space feel more up-to-date in style.
  : Parking was expensive and inconvenient. Price for a small upgrade was outrageous. The room location was next to the neighboring buildings loud A/C units. Also, the shower water would not get hot, not even warm. Very uncomfortable taking cold showers. I don't feel that the price I paid for the two nights was fair for what we received.

  : The balcony room and the view were great. If you like the night humming of a big city and a view of a busy illuminated street from high above, this is a great option. Make sure you call them and explicitly ask for a room high above. Rooms on the floors 6 and below won't give the experience.
  : No ironing board in the suite and had to improvise. Not a massive detriment but could be an easy upgrade for the hotel. I thought that the automated check-in system would be cumbersome but it was fine.

  : I definitely prefer using codes over finicky door key cards. It felt safe having a code to both the front door of the hotel and the room.
  : The layout of the room was a little awkward for friends. The shower was exposed to the rest of the room and the bathroom sliding door did not close all the way. Would be fine if traveling solo, but maybe a disclosure on the website that some of the rooms have an atypical layout would be a good heads up. The AC did not work all the time.

  : This is a beautiful historic building with industrial room designs. The studio is very spacious with an awesome bathroom.
  : I reserved a Premier room with terrace through Booking.com but when we arrived in our room there was no terrace. We were told to wait in the room while they looked up our reservation. I called back after 20 minutes and was told there were no rooms available with terrace, however they did upgrade us to a studio. We moved into our new room, without further ado. I found a piece of jewelery in the room and set it aside and later found a pair of sunglasses... I started to wonder how clean the room could be if someone overlooked these two items... The next morning I brought the two items to the front desk, they offered us breakfast at the Coffeebar to make up for the cleaning error. One of the two lifts was out of order during our stay two-night stay. We went to the rooftop and discovered what would have been a perfect place to have a drink, however it was closed and there was no sign saying when or if it was going to be reopened. Each mistake that was made, was corrected, however the upgrade and the breakfast couldn't make up for the feeling that this beautiful hotel, didn't have a "captain at the helm". The interaction with a receptionist when you check in and receive your key... was missing. The person that you call from your room for help is in a call center, not at the front desk. Even the Coffeebar was missing staff, after searching around for a clean table we had to settle for a dirty one, which I tidied off myself.

  : The staff was AMAZING, really polite! They treated us really well and were very sweet when we decided to stay in the lobby for hours since our plane would only take off at 1AM, storing our luggage. We also loved the coffee and tea bags in the room, the fact they had shampoo and conditioner in a dispenser so we could use as much as we wanted and the view from our room was beautiful.
  : Check out time was quite early.

  : There’s no door in the shower room, at least have a shower curtain will be more comfortable.

  : We love the location, the unit itself, very cozy bed, ample space inside the unit.
  : No microwave when they said they had it when we asked on our text.A text saying our ‘noise’ level was a little up when all I can think of was the hair dryer may be the noise they said. Also what kind of sensor is that they have in the room exactly that made it to the ‘level up’ noise because this is new to me!
