  : Perfect location, was able to upgrade to the balcony room, we had an amazing view and was lovely in the morning with the sun! The bed was very comfortable with clean facilities

  : It was clean and we were well provided with tea and coffee making facilities. The optional breakfast was very good value, especially when compared with the prices in town.
  : Train travellers beware! We had to leave with our bags at 10.30am despite our train not leaving Looe until 2.30pm. This seemed very mean spirited and inflexible - we had, after all, been trusted with a key for the three nights of our visit.The property is advertised as having a sea view but it was actually a river view and the balcony was nice but was only on the sunny side of the river in the morning hours.

  : Position of the place with the room size and facilities available, the view was amazing over the river. We didn't order breakfast so unable to comment.
