  : I couldn't find where the breakfast was being served. I went upstairs to the second floor but I couldn't find the room or anybody to ask. Of course, it was Labor day and maybe everything was cancelled.
  : It was Sunday evening so maybe there wasn't alot of staff on duty.

  : Nice, big room. Comfy bed. Allows dogs which is a major reason for choosing this Hotel .
  : Morning clerk was rude and unaccomadating . Came down for breakfast 8:45 am and I went to get a breakfast sandwich and some muffins and she hurried over and snatched the basket of muffins away along with the oatmeal packets and left. My husband came down earlier at 8:30 for coffee and noticed the coffee pot empty. He asked for coffee and she she wasn’t going to fill it again since it was so close to 9 am . So if breakfast ENDS at 9, food and drinks should END at 9. Not 8:30, or 8:45 !

  : Didn't try breakfast. Bed was comfy. Room was huge.
  : Lobby smelled awful all 3 days I was there. No room cleaning. Operator/front desk did not answer phone after more than 20 rings on Saturday morning.

  : It was a larger room and plenty of pillows!
  : I hate to say it but the reviews were right..there was an odor in the main hallway, that did in fact smell like vomit. It however did not smell like that in our room. There were no blinds which was a little unfortunate.

  : The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to grab some "breakfast" from the storage room. I was up at 9am and coffee was available but food items weren't out. As I checked out at 11am I mentioned it and was offered the grab and go. I appreciated that kind offering. This same staffer brought extra towels to our room and again was very pleasant. It was obvious the establishment was under staffed and she was really doing a good job. She had checked my family in the eve before and I could see that Best Western is very lucky to have her.
  : Best Western should not have mold under shower caulking or dirty microwaves in guest rooms. Headboards need to be thoroughly dusted as do picture frames. It would be nice to open a window as a guest to have some fresh air.
