  : The room was terrible--the air conditioning did not work. It felt like I was stuck in an oven. I was not informed upon booking that there was an event. Loud music played all night long, I did not sleep. The facilities were also incredibly dirty. Disheartening that the Queen Mary has "sunk" so low.

  : The experience was awesome with so much to see and the tours were informative and enjoyable. The room and ship were very clean and tidy. Dining on the ship was excellent. The displays were amazing! Overall the experience of staying on this old ocean liner was an awesome time I will not soon forget.
  : In the room I stayed in there were three vents for the ship wide air conditioning system to cool the room, that you can close when needed, and two did not tightly shutoff the air tightly, so they made noise all night. In the bathroom the metal strip sealing the tub to the wall acted as a channel that would divert water onto the bathroom floor when using the shower, no matter what one did.

  : AC outlets in rooms were old and worn out. No USB plugs at all. Very low water pressure. No microwave or fridge in room. Phone didn't work. Foosball table broken. Very expensive buffet.

  : The history of the property was my favorite thing about it. The staff were friendly and positively engaged with us. I enjoyed the restaurant options.
  : The only dislike: you did not get a discount for the ghost tours even though you booked a room.
