  : We arrived close to midnight, and at 3:30 that morning our vehicle was stolen. When my husband talked with the manager, she was very indifferent with the traumatic situation. Also the officer who came to make the report and review the video said he had been there a month ago. If it’s an ongoing issue than maybe have a gated parking like in Irvine

  : The place was nice and somewhere I looked for a long time on the app to find.
  : Unfortunately I was denied a room there because I tried to pay my deposit with a Chime card instead of a card from a major bank. I tried to ask for assistance from someone else who was going to stay there &’ they asked me not to talk to any of the other customers for help even though I had the money to pay the deposit.

  : You get charged an internet charge that is supposed to be charged if you use their internet. I NEVER LOGGED INTO THEIR INTERNET and got charged 9.99 per day. I called the hotel and she assured me that I couldn’t be charged w/o logging in. I NEVER LOGGED IN. I used my cellular data the whole time They need to change their rationale/justification for making that charge. It’s a gyp!

  : The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was decent and it was nice that they made whatever omelette you wanted.
  : - They make a point of mentioning ‘soundproof’ in the description of their rooms on the website, yet the rooms are anything but soundproof. I heard every single word of the conversation the guy in the room beside us was having. I even heard it when he dropped something on the floor. The staff that were cleaning the rooms around us also made so much noise it felt like the hotel was having a renovation. No regard whatsoever for people who are in their rooms trying to rest and sleep. They just banged things around and made no effort to keep it quiet for the guests. - The AC system of the room rattled and made noise, like something was broken inside and moved with the air flow when the AC was on. I had to turn it off just so it would stop rattling. - They charge you $10 every day if you want to access wifi in your room. Only lobby wifi is free. So so funny.- They waste soooooo much energy by blasting the AC system in the lobby. It is so cold in there it feels like you are inside a freezer. Crazy how America has no regard for energy.
