  : No staff on sight, doors not working properly, poor cleaning staff (I found a urine soaked childs diaper under the bed) and finally one of the windows wouldn't stay open as it had a broken window track. I will not be returning unless major changes are made. I didn't feel safe with the bank door not locking or like things were properly cleaned before or arrival

  : The location was convenient.
  : We expected the cottages to be cottages, but instead were duplexes and appeared to be fairly old. From the advertisements we expected to see the ocean front, but there was a forest of tree between the back of the so called cottage and the water. It was more than a 100 yards to the beach. The new owners never have a person in the office, all is done remotely. If there is a problem one has to call the emergency number. We were to check in a 4PM, but the place was not ready so we went and came back an hour later and then it was ready. The inside was not that great. The bathroom had spackling on the wall in a couple of spots that were not painted. The one bedroom had a large crack in the wall. Poor sound proofing where we could hear the people next door talking in normal conversational voices. The sofa was a futon and not very comfortable and difficult to get up from sitting. The toilet in the bathroom was very slow and it took about 15 minutes to plunge it to get it running normal since there was no on-site maintenance handy. Noticed a hole in the carpet under the futon. The sliding glass door in the back had a latch that did not work so a stop had been fastened to the bottom track to keep it from being opened when it was engaged.

  : Quiet location. Loved the trail to the beach and designated parking.
  : I didn't realize in advance that we would be responsible for dishes, stripping beds, taking out the trash. I didn't mind at all, just didn't know up front.

  : The location was great. Easy to take our dog out for walks. We were able to walk about a mile down a path to the ocean. The place was nice and clean.
  : The rooms were tiny and felt crowded. My husband is 6'4". his head almost touched the ceiling.
