  : Our front door was in a dark corner and uninviting but the room was a good size and in fact the only one with a window view of Mt. Whitney! Comfortable bed and well -equipped. Not aware of road noise from main highway outside. Liked this place for it's location, loads of food outlets in walking distance and right next door to the Western Movie Museum which is a must-do.

  : The only good thing about this hotel is that its centrally located in town.
  : TLDR; bad customer service, bugs in the bed and shower, room smelled like raw sewage, moldy walls, broken beds, dirty floors. Had problems with the hotel starting at the time of check-in. My reservation was messed up and I was told that I booked a one queen bedbut my reservation confirmation showed that I booked two queen beds. This was problematic with three people in my group. The only way this was resolved was because another party was checking in at the lobby the same time I was. The other party booked a two queen bedroom but was given a three queen bedroom. Her and I switched reservations, but the clerk still charged me EXTRA for upgrading from a one bed to a three bed. Customer service was not very accommodating despite them having made an error. The next problem were the bugs. One of the queen beds had bugs all over the sheets. Also, our shower floor was also covered in small cockroaches and tiny jumping flea like bugs. Disgusting. One of the queen beds were broken. The frame was broken to the point where the bottom of the mattress was touching the floor. One person in our group was uncomfortable the whole night since there was essentially a big crater in his bed. The room smelled like raw sewage. After sniffing around, we found that the smell came from the pipes under the sink. After we identified that the smell was coming from under the sink, we found a bunch of mold and water damage along the wall. Despite several sprays of air fresheners mixed with cologne, the smell still lingered and was still just as pungent. Floors and carpet were disgusting and they appeared to have never been cleaned. Just a few steps of walking back and forth in the room will leave the bottoms of your bare feet gray and black from dirt. I didnt get a chance to speak with an employee to talk about the problems with the room since we left at 5am.
