  : Where do we start? Check in was obnoxious and didnt work properly because the link became inactive after I tried to fill it. I had to call the office twice internationally to fix that. I arrived 2 hours early but they couldnt accommodate me (2pm), instead suspiciously and bizarrely tried to offer me an appointment in a completely different area of town (less central of course). I insisted on staying with my original choice. Checked in at around 4:30pm. Upon entering I took my shoes off (like any normal person would do). To my surprise I start feeling sharp stings in my feet and realized there was BROKEN GLASS all over the floor. I cut myself bleeding a bit. Cleaned it as best I could and called the office. They were already closed. Then realized the HEATING wasnt working. Froze all night. Called the office on the AM. Livid. They asked for photos. I dug up shards of glass from the trash can and sent them. Meanwhile, someone shows up at my door UNANNOUNCED coming to fix the heating No one even told me Was in my apartment for an hour. Used the toilet even Left without fixing it either. I called the office again WTF they offered an apology he was supposed to go to another apartment. Meanwhile they tell me my glass episode is in PROCESS. I said, look, mistakes can happen but this is insane. At least offer me some compensation. After 4 days they offered me 50 pounds (the stay was over 500 for 3 nights). I told them to shove it. Doesnt even cover the international calls. Let alone the time. Came back and complained to Booking they promised to do something after two weeks they credited me 27 lousy pounds. For cutting my feet with glass in a facility they rated PLUS 8. STAY AWAY from this management. Personally Im done w Booking too!
