  : Nice room with good facilities & large shower/bathroom. Tea/coffee provided. Good location with just a short 12 minute walk to tube station & a Wetherspoons.

  : The property value is cost for a very good price The cleaning was each day (the bed and new towels)There was a hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee and milkIn general we had all bathrooms stuff that we neededWe were allowed to use the washing machine and drying machine.On the reception weve got the adapter for a socket
  : We had a room in the attic w/o proper windows and a low ceiling.The room are tiny small, there wasnt enough space for the clothes and the bathroom are extremely small tooThe place really needed a small renovation. Just painting a dirty wall would be great. All hangers also was really cheap, old and in a bad condition.Both chairs in the room was broken too.The shower were old, dirty and a bit brokeThe washing machine are extremely dirty, Im not sure that it really clean stuff.

  : A great location within easy walk of Leytonstone and Wanstead. Free parking in front of the hotel.
  : The shower! As reported on previous reviews, the shower in Room 11 is actually dangerous. It has one heat setting, scalding hot! If you keep ducking in and out of the water (to avoid getting burnt) you end up stood in scalding water. Didn't bother reporting it to staff (in fact didn't see any staff from checking in to leaving) as it's clearly been reported many times by other reviewers.One other negative in the bathroom is the lack of any shelving etc to put your stuff.

  : One of the chairs in the room was broken when we told the member of staff she had already reported it to the owner

  : dirty when we arrived with a broken shower door. rude staff were not interested, and told us we could leave and be given a refund! was to late to try to find somewhere else.
