  : Decent location, nice kitchen - though with a lot of empty space which makes it a bid strange, good size of the overall flat, balcony available
  : The photos on the website are misleading. The flat is very well used and in a strange house with (appearing to be) multiple short-term rentals. The mattress has buttons, which are super uncomfortable, further its quite hard. The chairs and table were worn-out, with stains and cracks everywhere. All glasses (in the bathrooms, door to the balcony) were not cleaned. The sprinklers were disgusting with brown debris, mold and limestone all over (see fotos), same as kitchen equipment e.g., water heater. There is no exhaust air ventilation working, which creates a humid and musty climate in the rooms. For sure you can leave the doors open - and enjoy the smell in the master bedroom and whole flat. There is a dishwasher, which smells like being affected by mold, though it is despite that very new. Smell can unfortunately (or luckily) not be captured via photos. But the couch does smell and has cigarette stains (see photos). The worst is the elevator which smells like somebody urinated in it. Overall quite a let down especially for the price. The communication via booking.com and the landlord did not happen at all. There was no response at no time to any e-mail. Only phone works. Internet only works in the living room and attached bathroom, no internet in the bedrooms or 2nd bathroom.

  : Location was good. The apartment itself was good.
  : The building was super hot and with no air-conditioning or adequate ventilation. The balcony door couldn't be left open overnight as it would have been a security risk and with no ventilation it was incredibly hot inside even when the outside temperature was quite cool, inside it was stifling. Even after having the balcony open and allowing air in as soon as you closed that door it was incredibly hot again because the foyer and corridors were so hot that it kept the apartment hot. It seemed that someone had used the lift as a toilet. The advertising for the unit says it has city views - it doesn't. Asking for 500 pounds as a cash deposit is excessive! Everywhere else holds a deposit via credit card.

  : Excellent size apartment, quite comfortable with lovely balcony. Cleaning service quite prompt & did a good job keeping the apartment clean.
  : Apartment was very hot, despite 2 fans in room the heat was unbearable. The elevator was very smelly like Urine or Amonia most days if we did not have anything heavy preferred to walk up the stairs to 4th floor rather than taking elevator. Common area heaters were on even when temperatures were close to mid 20s.
