  : It was in a good neighborhood, near lots of attractions..my only problem is the sofa bed the sofa bed was awful, we had to switch around. its a sofa bed that doesnt mount properly, so the back is always lower and it hurts! and if you switch positions, your hips algo be in a very uncomfortable angle. for the prices we pay, they could have a better sofa bed.
  : during the check in they asked me to leave a deposit with my credit card of 300, which is normal unfortunately their machine wasnt working so they gave me 3 options, give them the 300 in cash or via transfer, which would imply I had to be in short of 300 the rest of my stay in London.and the last option, which I now understand is very illegal, and I should have not accept, that was leave my card number, date and CVC.so they could charge me whatever at the end of my stay, if I ruined anything my stay was pre paid in total, so I dont know if it was that necessary. I canceled my card, because I know understand the danger and illegality of this situation. for me is enough to not go back and recommend this place.

  : Inconvenience in having to pick up the key a fair distance from the apartment. Beds not comfortable - especially pull out sofa.

  : It was an absolutely terrible experience to pick up the keys, the reception desk is far away from the apartment. Picking up the keys in the evening will be charged additional GBP 50. You will also have to pay a deposit on arrival of GBP200. The host was very impolite.

  : Amazing location!!
  : Key collection was a 30min bus ride away from the apartment! Not great with luggage and kids! The apartment was very squished for family, especially 2 teenagers. Sofa bed was really made for 1 not 2 people, one of my kids slept on the floor cause they both didnt fit on the sofa bed

  : Room was clean and all facilities worked easily.
  : Finding the bedding for the foldout bed, then deciding how to make a second pillow case. Collecting keys from a distance away. Our dealings with company prior to check-in were confusing, and ended up with them being abrupt causing me weeks of concern that I would have to produce gbp300 cash. One phone call and it was fixed. A great result.

  : To pick up keys was a pain we had a baby so to go on the train again with bags etc to get the keys was really silly keys should be at the property Fold out lounge was gross and uncomfortable
