  : I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience overall. The welcome we received upon arrival was incredibly warm, making us feel truly welcomed. The check-in process was fast and easy, which was a great start to our stay.- Cleanliness: The room was clean and comfortable.- 24/7 Drinks: Access to drinks around the clock was a fantastic feature.- Bag Storage: Convenient bag storage for sightseeing.- Location: Close to the London Eye and just a 5-minute walk from Waterloo Station.- Room Accessories: The room had nice accessories that added to the comfort.We only stayed for one day, but we would love to stay longer next time.
  : The room was a bit small, but this wasn't a major issue. The room lacked a minibar, which would have added to the convenience of our stay. Despite the minor cons, the positive aspects of this hotel far outweighed them.

  : The Ruby Lucy hotel is a short walking distance from the Waterloo train station, even with suitcases. It was located in a fun area to explore with some good restaurants steps away. The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful!
  : Rooms were small, which we expected. The bathroom was glassed into the room which was unexpected but ended up being fine. So really, no complaints!

  : The room was clean and fairly spacious . The bed was comfortable and the free cocktails were a nice bonus.
  : There was no light, bedside table and no plugs on one side of the bed, there were very few surfaces to put things and no hooks. The bathroom was an accessible bathroom, which we didn't need it to be and hadn't requested. This meant the sink was tiny and there was no toilet seat, which is disgusting when the toilet is right next to the sink. The hotel looks very funky and quite luxurious in the pictures, but the room was quite sparse and standard. It was impossible to work out how the lights worked.None of the doors leading from the reception to upstairs had working security.
