  : The front looked like a nice grand entrance. Good location to Paddington station/underground.
  : No air conditioning. Beds have the worst thin hard mattresses which actually feel like theyre filled with wooden boards (certainly in our first room). I couldnt sleep until about 6am as my hips hurt from the hard bed (in our replacement room). The tv didnt work (no signal, poss bad aerial). Very basic, like something out the 1980s.

  : Unfortunately the rooms were tiny. They first room I had was suppose to be a twin however you couldnt open the door fully because of the bed blocked it. I suspect that they put 2 beds in a single room. The bathroom was a cupboard. If you are over 59 there is no way you couldve taken a shower there. To top it off the room was so small I couldnt get my large suitcase into the room. We preserved for 1 night and asked for a new room. The staff were happy to move us and the next room we got was much larger and even had air conditioning. The bathroom situation was still the same so big people would find it hard to stay clean. Also the hotel charges 5 for 2 items of luggage to store if you need to leave your bags for the day. A bit of a rip off given every other hotel in Europe we stayed in didnt charge. Its disappointing end to the trip after staying all over Europe. It was only 2 nights and we saw the humor in the situation. I was traveling with my extended family and we all booked rooms for the same price and all the rooms were different. I clearly drew the short straw with the cupboard room. I couldnt recommend this hotel, it was pretty rough. Its a shame because the staff were nice.

  : Needs a lot of work to make right. Needs a lick of paint desperately and the door to the bathroom had a large hole in it.

  : Location was excellent, breakfast very good, Staff were excellent and were very helpful.
  : We were a party of 3 that had booked this hotel over 2 months before our trip and we were given a room that was not fit for purpose. There was a spiral stairs in the middle of the room leading ip to what I can only describe as a loft style room where 2 people would share a small double bed and where we struggled with low ceilings. There was a single bed behind the spiral stairs where unless you were a contortionist it was an impossible feat to get in and out of the bed. The stairs were dangerous to any age and there was no safety gate at the top of the staircase, Its an accident waiting to happen. As we landed late in the evening we understood that it was impossible to move us but we were facilitated by the very helpful staff.for our second. I find it hard to recommend this hotel because of the rooms but can honestly say the staff made up for the poor facilities .
