  : I had to leave during my stay and book into a hotel because there was loud banging noises on the bedroom walls, there was probably someone refurbishing next door. However the sounds started at 6 in the morning and did not end until 2/3 in the morning.
  : A lot of sounds coming from the other apartments. Impossible to sleep. Not peaceful at all

  : Nice apartment for a group of friends travelling to visit London ! Really convenient since it's only 20 min walk from St Pancras station. Really clean ans confortable bed, not really well equiped kitchen, but it didnt bothered us since we at outside most of the time.We could leave our luggage until 1pm the last day even if check out time was at 11am , which is really appreciable.We are at the top floor of the building, without lift, which could be an issue for kids and elder. For us, we were really satisfied of the apartment , a nice place to stay to visit London ! Thanks Aline for welcoming us ~
  : There were two shower and bathroom, but we couldnt use both the same time because the water flow wasnt enough.

  : The host was unfriendly and apartment wasnt clean and it wasnt same as on pictures. In the bathroom there wasnt a soap , toilet paper but there was some ones hair . The kitchen was poory equipted with no single clothe. The living room have only sofa and table for dining, no carpet or coffe table or any decoration at all which you can see on pictures. The rooms were smely and dirty. Only positive thing abou this apartment is location , everithing is near by, groceary shop, station...I wouldnt recomended

  : Nice location. Flat is spacious enough for a family. Cleanliness is ok. Bathroom is ok.
  : Host tried to rebook us in a smaller apartment four hours before the check-in pretending they found be bugs in the flat we booked. After arguing / threatening to raise up a claim with Booking miraculously they found a so called similar flat to the one we booked in the same place (of course it was the original apartment we had booked). This is absolutely an unprofessional behaviour and disrespectful for travelers. We will never book again with them. The flat only has less than the minimal in the kitchen (5 spoons, 6 forks, 3 knives when the flat can host up to 8 adults ?) Bad smell in one of the cramped bedroom.

  : The positive thing about this Apartment was that this is within a short walk from the Chancery Lane Station and Hollborn Station. Wifi Connection was good and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances and utensils.
  : This apartment is located on the 3rd Floor with no lift/elevator. The access is through narrow stairway and we had to climb 52 steps to access the apartment. One bedroom and living Room, Kitchen is on the 4th floor, so we had to climb more steps. This was however not listed in the property description. Having large suitcases and a Senior citizen travelling with us, it was very difficult for us to get our baggage through the 52 narrow steps and climb up/down the steps daily. Check in was easy however we had some difficulty in reaching the location and the contact person was not able to guide us on phone to reach the apartment as we were nearby but somehow were getting confused as we were in UK for the first time. The Shower curtain came crashing down on the first day, but was fixed on reporting and following up to get the same fixed. The heating controls were not functional as the radiators kept heating the room even after setting the temperature to the lowest permissible setting on the dial and we had to keep the window open to allow the room to cool down. Hot water in the bathroom was intermittent and did not have continuous flow of uniform temperature water. The rooms were also quite small.

  : Nicely decorated. Good location.
  : Flat is located on the 4th floor with very steep stairs. The flat is not in good condition, windows don't close properly, upstair bathroom sink is clogged, no water pressure in both showers, and poor cleaning.
