  : Location was fantastic in regards to sightseeing, not great for loud pub goers! Had lovely Victorian features inside such as the fireplace and shutters! Old windows which allowed a lot of noise and air through! Local shops such as tesco was close by!
  : Other than the cheese smell that Id read in other peoples reviews, I took air fresheners to combat that! How ever I was disappointed overall due to dirty walls, marks on the doors, mouldy shower, broken shower door, broken bin, no oven gloves, no placemats for the glass table which had a lot of scratches on it, no towel rail, nowhere to hang coats, wall heaters do not work, portable ones proved! No spatula, no jug which I needed! Fridge had a missing shelf to put milk in so used the salad drawer instead! Decent microwave and a coffee machine provided! Washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and tea towel provided plus dish washer tablets! No bathrobes provided as stated, no breakfast option was offered! The hairdryer had the missing end attachment which made it difficult to dry my hair properly, wish I had taken my own! No tooth brush holder either! Some basic things and a like care and maintenance would make this property more enjoyable! Such a shame considering where its located!

  : Only liked the location slightly.
  : This property is absolutely disgusting,the smallest and dirtiest property every come across. I would not reconsider this place at all it so damp everywhere the smell is almost uneatable. There loads other faults with the walls, leaks in the ceiling, down lights not working, fire hazards, terrible updates shocking socking state this property. If I could give less then a star I would with not thinking that how bad it it is. Wish can upload more photographs of it because this place is simply disgusting. And had a msg asking for five start rating this is a joke what planet are they from. My kids had to keep in that horrible smell. Will take this further will not tolerate this scanners get away with this. Absolutely not. They complete scammers.

  : The location on Jermyn Street was super. It is the ONLY thing good about this place.
  : EVERYTHING! The minute I walked into the door of the building I wondered what the terrible smell was that wafted through. Of course: this building is above a 200 year old cheese shop - the entire building smells of old cheese. The apartment door 'lock' was a key code entry barely suitable for a door lock and there was no additional lock on the inside. I've never been so bemused at the state of a place described as 'luxury' - most student accommodation is better than this. Rubbishy bathroom with cheap shower which is either hot or cold - no ability to moderate the temperature. Tiny sink and rusty old bathroom cabinet; cracked tiles on the floor. Kitchen looked like someone had thrown it together as a primary school DIY project - the whole thing was a joke. The coffee machine didn't work. The cooker and dishwasher were old and dirty. The sofa was disgusting - some throw blankets used to cover up dirty stains on the horrible cheap sofa. Artwork looked like it had been collected from a skip-diving expedition. Floors were plastic. Beds uncomfortable with horrible cheap sheets. Pillows felt like they were stuffed with dead animals. Air conditioning "supplied" with portable air conditioners with no window seals - pointless. Cheap and nasty old furniture. Make no mistake - this apartment is not "serviced" - you would have to pay extra for any service during your stay. Wifi unworkable and therefore impossible to watch TV. I would have left sooner than I did (I left 2 days early) had I been able. This place is a total joke and disgustingly misrepresented.
