  : The location was perfect for us..close to Victoria train and coach station. It is clean and bright.
  : The staff was okay. The room was a bit too crowded for 4 people. Perhaps 1 double bed could be replaced with a bunk bed. No facility such as kettle and glasses, as well as bathroom towel were provided.

  : Tiny, dingey room with stains on the ceiling from a leak. Broken light and hairdryer in the room not working. Could not even get a cup of tea - when I asked reception they said no. Crumbs and dirt all over the stairs.

  : When I arrived at 1pm with two small children, the front door was locked, no response when ringing the bell, and getting an automatic message when calling the property. Finally a front desk staff member arrived begrudgingly saying that he was at the restroom: that is fine, but how about putting up a sign "Will be back in 5 minutes"? He also told us that check in is at 3pm without attempting to check whether our room might be already available, similar treatment for other guests who arrived shortly after us. The room was acceptable though quite small, bathroom door was screeching. Old fraying towels.

  : There was a lift & it was working.
  : We had twin beds as doubles were taken. No air conditioning. You could open the window & we did find a fan sitting up on a top shelf, the morning we were leaving. I did ask for an iron & ironing board but was told that there was no board, but the iron had been given to a guest, but they didn't know to whom. I had to wait until the next day to receive it.There were no coffee making facilities. Walls were thin as we could hear people singing etc in room near us.After booking the room for 2 nights, I tried to extend our stay by another night, but each time I rang, I had an automated voice telling me what my booking number was & hung up. After a few tries, I went on to the website as advised by Booking.com & each time I asked for an extension of time, I was told "Thank you for your booking of (the same 2 nights) & looking forward to you staying with us". After 24 hours of the same result, I booked a Hotel across the road & moved there for the extra day.
