  : The property was tired. I expected it to be in a better condition when paying almost 1,000 per night. It needs to be refurnished.

  : Good location and a clean house. Beyond that the experience is quite sub par
  : There are several issues with staying in this property.1. As claimed, it is not a serviced property. Everytime you want them to clean, they charge 50 pounds. They dont even give extra towels or toiletries- They charge 50 pounds every time.2. Theyre absolutely inflexible with anything, irrespective of your situation. We were traveling with a 2 yr old and requested for an early checkin, which they refused. After multiple messages they agreed to keep our luggage at 1 PM, however after carrying all our luggage to the place - no one would open the door - again message them. By that time our baby had slept in the stroller and the lift stopped working. We had to carry the stroller and heavy suitcases three floors up and after leaving the bags they asked us to leave the room despite seeing a sleeping baby, and despite knowing that we carried heavy suitcases up.4. Since we were traveling with a baby, we requested for a roll away mattress just in case - they outright refused saying there is no space, while in reality there was sufficient space for a mattress 4. There is a washing machine etc, but very limited detergent pods- so you have to optimize your washes on a holiday5. To the point mentioned early, since they dont clean the room everyday - youve to spend significant amount of time in cleaning every day or spend 50 pounds everyday6. There is no bolt in the door, everytime you have to lock the door with a key even if you are inside7. They dont even give sufficient garbage covers, and there is a specific window within which you need to take the garbage and place it in the street. If you are not there at that time, youll be left with a stinking house.8. You cant order anything to this place as they dont have doormen etc and cannot accept parcels.

  : Great central location. The property is fully equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. It is spacious and has a small terrace from which you can watch the huddle and bustle of Leicester square/ China town. Communication with Hausd was excellent. Would highly recommend.
  : The only (very small) issue is the bathroom could do with a slight update. The fan doesnt work so you get build up of condensation in the bathroom. This is only a minor issue and didnt detract from our overall stay

  : The location of the property is fantastic, the flat is large and spacious and air-conditioned which was very helpful
  : the flat is massive and despite this, the beds are tiny, not big enough to fit two adults, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We had also taken this property mainly because of the lift facilities which was not working for 5 days of the 9 day stay which was extremely frustrating

  : The instructions were clear and easy to follow, the Cleaner was still in the property when I arrived, so I was a little perturbed at first when the door was shut and there were no keys in the lock box!
  : Even though Hausd kindly said I could check in earlier, the app wouldn't unlock the key until 3pm precisely, so I was left standing around outside for 15 minutes.
