  : two taps leaked. no plug in the sink to so couldnt wash up no dishwasher tablets either. dining table very dangerous as glass table top wasnt secure

  : GoodThis accommodation is very close to the O2 arena which is why we booked it as theres many things you can do at the O2. Another good thing is when ordering food the delivery drivers come literally right to your door no matter what floor youre on. That was very convenient for us.
  : Bad You have to go to a shop to pick up the keys, I dont understand why the keys cant be left at reception especially if they know theyre expecting someone for the particular apartment. When we arrived, there were stains on the carpets and on the walls. At the end of our stay they tried saying we were the ones that caused those damages. Luckily we took videos of the apartment as soon as we got there just in case of a situation like this. Not only that, the balcony door wouldnt open. That was one of the main reasons why we booked the apartment so we could take pictures there. The door handle was faulty and making weird noises when we tried opening it but even though it was closed, there was still breeze coming from underneath the door. Its December Im sure you can imagine how cold it must have been, even with the heater on! We called maintenance so many times only for them to turn around and say we should get a knife and try fixing the door ourself!! On top of that, one of the workers we spoke to was very disrespectful when talking to my friends and I, it was unacceptable. the phone number given was said to be used in emergency and we were on the phone for at least an 30mins-1hour before we could speak to a member of staff. The door eventually got fixed the day before we left so it was pretty pointless by that point.

  : it was close to the jubilee tube station
  : only one set of keys for 4 people, and to get them very challenging when you arrive in the dark to find this shop to pick up keys. also we could not open the balcony door and the handle was sketchy so we did not try to hard as did not want to break. also for the other apartments I stayed at in Europe I did not have to show government ID or leave a 500 pound deposit.

  : Everything we needed to support our daughter for the London Marathon. We wanted somewhere more flexible than a hotel for prepping meals if need be. Kitchen well equipped & very clean as were the bathrooms. Just in case anyone is interested its a leisurely 35 minute walk to the start line in Blackheath.
  : Tiny couple of things. Couple of light bulbs out in the en-suite & the patio window in the lounge didnt lock. Otherwise we really liked the flexibility
