  : The flat is in a fantastic location, its very spacious and clean. It comes with a washing machine/tumble dryer and has a shower/bath. The wifi worked very well and the flat screen tv and apple box were a nice touch.
  : The pillows were horrible and uncomfortable and so was the sofa in the living room. The bathroom window didnt open which wasnt very nice as I like bathrooms to be aired and it is on the top floor of the building with no lift so carrying luggage up the stairs is not much fun.

  : there is no lift and this was not disclosed during the Booking process: there were about 60 steps to get to the flat.

  : The flat we stayed in was on the 3rd floor. I was travelling with my 86 y.o. Mother who found the 70+ steps from ground level quite challenging. There was no welcome pack other than teabags, coffee and sugar- some long life milk capsules would have been nice as a cuppa after the dizzying climb to the attic would have been very welcome. The kettle was not working and caused an electrical short in all of the kitchen plug sockets and hob - so no breakfast or hot drinks on the first morning. After a phone call to Flying Butler the electricity was restored after 6pm that day but the kettle disappeared -never to return. Disappointing.

  : Our booking confirmation promised a flat on the third floor. But the flat given us was on the fifth floor with no lift and no assistance.The management was a joke.

  : The rear gate not shutting and being able to lock it for extra securityEnsuite shower not as hot as main bathroom and also the towel rail never came on to dry the towels and also the shower door wheels are missing on the lhs door so when pulled together it hangs and sealing joint in the middle is wide open Option of a fan in the apartment my wife has one on all night at homeAlso not much point of having a coffee machine in the apartment with no pods to use

  : Nice appartments, located in a nice area of Chelsea. 4 blocks to Sloane Square. Well equiped, with dish washer, washmachine, oven and good fridge. Quiet, rebuilt, very big in size.
  : The only pity it is that the building has no elevator and, unless you are lucky enough to get Flat 1 located on ground floor, you will have to climb 3 floors to get to Flat 4 or 4 floors to get to Flat 5. With all your luggage! So if you travel light, great appartment, if you carry heavy luggage, think about it...
