  : The location was excellent as were the views.
  : The bed was broken when we arrived and needed to be repaired, The mattress sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable. The app used for door locking did not work properly and we were not advised on the fix which involved lifting the door handle while locking the door with the app until after we complained the door would not lock. The information on where to go was not clear enough on the website and when we arrived we could not find any Charles Hope signage and so searched for 20 minutes looking for where to go (which is the Sailmakers Building which also has no obvious street number to identify it). We are still waiting for the return of the money we made available for an early access which Charles Hope advised could not be provided. They claim the funds have been returned but they are still listed as pending on our bank account 23 days later. The apartment furniture was somewhat worn and the carpet had some stains. The table had paper wads under the feet to keep it steady.
