  : the location is good. 8-10 mins walk to London Bridge station. that probably is the only good thing about it.
  : 1) you need to be prepared to not getting the actual adddress on where youre gonna stay. the address advertise on their ad is false. Upon reaching London, I tried to call the number provided on bookings, but to no avail, which once made me so worry that it could be a scam.2) Youre only given the actual address upon check ins, at a Camden Town office, which is sosososo far away from London Bridge. difficult for luggages. And they take your card details during check ins, and claimed its for damage deposit. Like hello no one asked for card details like that, they can basically use your card details to do anything after your stay. I didnt have a choice but to provide or else I wont have a place to stay during my trip.3) be prepared to carry your luggages up the steep stairs if you choose to stay in their property. The property that I was allocated to is a 3-floor-apartment, very narrow. Theyre even too afraid to show the pictures of the stairs because they know no one would possibly want to stay in a place like this, especially if theyre here for vacation. The actual place has 0 resemblance to what they show in their ads.4) They made a surveyor come in in the middle of your stay, without asking for permission. as what I understand, after paying for the fees, I own the property for that period of time and have the rights to reject any visitors. I tried to tell them not to send anyone into the property as my family would be resting, but they did not reply. no choice I had to get my family to leave the flat during that period of time, so ridiculous.5) they charge you a good 40 for so claimed damages towels and bath mats, which I dont even remember how they used to look like. What kind of towels and bath mats cost 40? they explained its something to do with the process of buying the towels and replacing it bla bla, but again, what kind of towels and bath mats cost 40.

  : Liked nothing, this was a clear show of bait and switch. The apartment is nothing like advertised, if it had not been for my 72 year old mother in law being with us we would have moved to a hotel at any cost. Bedding was single duvets and dirty, no kitchen utensils and paint on shower walls pealing off, enough said, would never recommend, walls in main room and bathroom very dirty. No excuse calling this a luxury apartment.

  : Beds uncomfortable. Floors in need of vacuuming and thorough mop. Not as described in photos. 15 min from location advertised. 300 pound cash deposit required for key collection. Deposit could only be collected in cash after 1pm although checkout at 10am. Key collection 40min on the other side of London. Staff rude.

  : Location was great once we got the correct place we were staying at, central London a short walk from London Bridge. Apartment was inside a residential block of flats, and although pretty basic and reasonably clean, it was a good place to use as a base to sleep..... but if you are looking for a high end facility, this it not that.
  : The pictures on the website were nothing like the place we were to finally stay. The address on the website and booking confirmation is a false address, it doesn't even exist at all. We had to call them, and they told us to train it to Camden which we refused, as we had luggage and the kids, so they came to us and meet them at a new location (Which was somebodies house not the place we were staying) and they then made us and the kids follow a chap who was face timing his boss, as he didn't know where it was either. Bizarre and very strange few hours it took to sort out!

  : The place was not even a modern and clean apartment, I understand it might not be those shown in the photos but the apartment wasnt anything similar to the photos. Location also exceeded the 15 walk from the provided location on booking.com. The house wasnt very clean. It definitely does not worth the amount of money that weve paid. On the other hand, the hosts attitude was very very bad, he did not provide me the address to collect the key, nor did anyone told me my apartment address wasnt the address on the website, hence it took me a long time to get to the right places. The host didnt apologise but complained that I didnt ask for the information. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Lastly, I cannot stress it enough but not giving an exact location and photos on booking.com is ridiculous, we chose this apartment because of its location and because it looks super modern, yet we did not get anything that weve expected. It can even be considered as a fraud in this case, so I urge booking.com and the host to sort this out instead of asking me that is how it is. Thank you

  : I loved the location great access to the building. The apartment was gorgeous, the staff were kind and welcoming when collecting the keys at their London office. Amazing bathroom and bedroom space. The spotlight stairs were beautiful and the overall aesthetic.
  : The hot water was a problem, my showers were always Luke warm-cold. Couldnt use the heating and hot water at the same time basically, as told by one staff so I was cold at times. The WiFi unfortunately was terrible, as well as the service in the house my data was non existent downstairs and just about 3 bars upstairs. So I would say things were a bit faulty but not visible. Lastly the floors were a bit dirty, wish there was a broom I would have swept happily.

  : Location close to tower bridge.
  : The staff werent helpful. On arrival, I was asked about my bank details and asked to pay a deposit which wasnt on the website when I booked the property. The property advertised was different from the one I stayed in. The location and post code given were wrong. I arrived late around 11.30 pm, I went to the location described and it was wrong, spent about two hours looking for it. I tried to contact the property managers but didnt get any response. I ended up with my family in a taxi searching for the property in the middle of the night. Of course I have to pay about 100 more to the taxi driver. My experience was very bad with this and with the staff managers.
