  : Everything else. We were in Apartment 4 which is at the top of 70 steps. The last 10 of which are a narrow circular stair way just like a medieval turret. Getting bags up to the room was unbelievably difficult and would have been beyond the ability of many travellers. Inside the apartment was disappointing. We have stayed across the road at 44 Curzon and the apartments there are lovely. This one was sparse and poorly appointed. The bathroom in particular was a disaster. The toilet flush is so stiff and hard to use it is a challenge to get it to work. The tapwear is old and rickety. The bath/shower is strangely raised so far above the floor the overhead shower head hits you just above the eyes - meaning you have to shower in a crouched position. The kitchen is tiny and poorly appointed. 3 glasses for 4 people. Two of the beds were kids size singles. Very uncomfortable. Overall it was terrible value for money. Even by London standards.

  : Keys were picked up at the management office directly across the street from the property. no breakfast at this facility; however, hundreds of restaurants are nearby. Green Park tube station is a very short walk and convenient to access. The staff is very helpful.
  : no lift / elevator up to the 4th floor. Other than that, everything was very good.

  : Six flights of narrow stairs with large suitcases to reach apartment. At middle aged it was a struggle.
