  : Dirty, the room smelt awful, the bedding was dirty,floor was dirty, dead bugs in the fridge. I did not stay. And could not get my money refunded. Spent 5 minutes there

  : The hotsprings were awesome. Bathhouse was warm.
  : Well the rooms were a little to be desired. Broken blinds, as a single female clear on the other side of my family not good. Broken hanger to hang my clothes. No cups for the coffee. No towels. Broken and uncomfortable bed.

  : I love the actual hot spring and pool experience. The campus itself is rustic and quaint but I would say the wet areas need to be improved somewhat, not just for aesthetics, but for safety. The signage, railings, drains, etc. could all use a little help!
  : The front desk staff at the bar/restaurant and the pool/hotsprings seemed nice, but not very enthusiastic about customer service. However when you look at where you are, it is probably locals who work there, and locals are the type of people who want to stay away from people so it's probably challenging to get customer-service oriented folks to want to work in that environment.

  : Tiny but cute cabins. Proximity to hot springs was great and the 2 free passes included in the nights stay. Fire pit and picnic table was great too.
  : The smell of the cleaner used was so overpowering we almost couldnt stay there. We opened all windows and aired the cabin out for hours and the smell still lingered strongly but was tolerable by bedtime. The bunk beds are so squeaky which made it hard for a light sleeper like me to get a good nights rest.

  : The staff was amazing along with the service they provided. The door handles in the bathroom and front door need to be fixed but otherwise it was wonderful.
