  : The staff is friendly. Its nice to see a pet friendly property for those who need it.
  : Its a hole on the wall place next to an abandoned factory. There isnt sufficient parking when the hotel is full. The indoor heated pool is 4 deep. Its not a bad place to stay but if youre looking for the Marriott, this is not for you.

  : cleaner than most places. the white tile floor tells the guest it is clean. carpeted floors in 99% of other hotels are filth (you find this out when you wash your feet in the shower).
  : ambient noise. Thud. Bonk. Crank. Grind. This is always going to be bad when there are so many interior surfaces in each room that are smooth and sound-energy reflective. The occupant upstairs from room 115 must have been conducting a wrestling match (or had five kids playing around). The water flowing through the pipes in the adjacent bathroom definitley awakens anyone from deep sleep. The European-style HVAC unit mounted high-up on the wall did nothing to bring in fresh air - so we had three days worth of recirculated stale air. Does adding the word "Boutique" into the description of the facility automatically mean that everyone must pay an additional 20% in costs?

  : Cheerful and small, cozy; love the saltwater pool and nice little breakfast selection and the plants and rockers! saw lots of dogs (very pet friendly!) most of the staff was really great. Nice room lighting and energy conservation measures employed. Nice and functional window trestments. The restaurant next door was wonderful.
  : Our room was really too small for a four night stay for two people. The bed was supposed to be a queen; it was NOT as big as our queen at home!! More like a full for sure. Thoughtful use of space in the room, but no relaxing chair and little room for one. Light and sound crept in around the room door. We were next to the side door and stairs; quite noisy there. There is no elevator and there are two floors. I despise microfiber sheets and wish they would upgrade them to cotton. Hard floors are nice in some ways, but would be nicer if swept or vacuumed daily; also, theyre loud from above when youre on the ground floor. The mini split cooling unit needs to be cleaned regularly!! Ceiling fan did not work. I was happy to find this location on short notice for a holiday weekend, but they have a good thing going and are part of revival in Logan. I only mention these things so they can go from good to great, as it were.

  : Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower could be improved.
