  : Good room design and facilities, the location is very good and convenient.
  : it would be more better if the staffs inform the clients before enter into the room. Otherwise it will be good if there are some English speaking staffs.

  : Pictures on Booking.com looked great therefore we were looking forward to that stay. Location was great, but sadly nothing else. Apartment was small, dated and not like on the photos. There was no lift but add says there is a lift and we could smell cigarettes from the staircases. Bedding was unacceptable with mismatched covers. Covers were not suitable for commercial use with human hair on it. We have stayed there with 2 children for 5 nights and we have received 4 hand towels ( 40cm x 100cm ) after complaining we have received few extra but exact same size. There were 2 baskets of cleaning products which cleaner left, with smelly wet cloths which were drying after cleaning ( photo attached ) - again unacceptable in the commercial property.Stairs to the bed on mezzanine were wobbly and unsafe.
