  : beds are drastically uncomfortable!Very noisy! Didnt get hardly any sleep as we were constantly woken up by people outside and in the building in the early hours. Staff are never at the reception and when you call the reception number, they arrive at their convenience.

  : I liked the evening manager who was friendly and kind. I liked the fact that the apartment is close to the beach but thats all.
  : The first night of our arrival. We had to go to another hotel to pick up the keys. We wasnt aware that towels are not provided and that we have to pay 2 euros per towel. The same night Ive discovered that the fridge wasnt closing properly so therefore the food isnt cold and the fridge cant get to right temperature. I was advised that it will be looked into after explaining that they need to change the fridge door sealing as is coming off and the door doesnt shut properly. Nobody came to look into it . Ive managed to put a lamp in from of the door and keep it close. The next day me and my little brother woke up bitten by mosquitoes and he had an allergic reaction to them. We asked if they have any anti mosquito bites sockets for the rooms they was very blunt and said no . You can go pharmacy across the road if you have problems with it. To top it the the last two nights I had to deal with the reception team because our apartment door wasnt shutting properly and couldnt lock the door. Ive reported this to the evening receptionists call Mateo who advised me that the maintenance guy will come to fix it and they work 24 hours. I wasnt happy as he could have at least offer to change our apartment for the sake of our safety!!!!! I had to leave the apartment not closed with our passports and personal belongings as it was my 30th birthday weekend and had plans and places to attend. Then when I came back Ive discovered that nobody has came to fix the door and now we have to sleep on buckled door which is not shut properly!? In the morning I went to the hotel which is part of the apartments to complain and the guy said to me that the maintanfe guys will come now and that they didnt have staff as someone had heart attack. I appreciate that circumstances but that shouldnt have been a situation if Mateo offered to charge our apartment. Saftey of their guests in the apartments is not priority. Mateo told me if I want to complain to complain to manager as hes new.
