  : The view from the balcony was the only benefit of this property.
  : 1. Property needs renovation. It felt like visiting a dormitory from 90-s. Everything, from beds to bathroom facilities is very old and does not look clean. 2. MOLD in the ventilation system. I complained about the mold and after severe negotiation was moved to another apartment where mold was just removed (I could feel the smell of bleach. While looking for a mold-less apartment we checked five of them and discovered it in every room! 3. Declared pool on the rooftop disguised my kids, who are not very demanding 4. The apartment bedroom has a window to the inner space, hence no access to fresh air or light. 5. Very bright light on the balcony is switched on every evening and is switched off after midnight. There is no chance to sit there calmly and enjoy your evening glass of wine, seems like you are under sophists. 6. The noise level will not give you a chance to sleep: noise from inside of hotel, as inner yard has very good acoustics and every noise is echoing; from the outside it's never quite with late party-goers continue till early morning. 7. Can you imagine the matrasses are made with rustling oilcloth under the sheets. 8. I wanted to check out the hotel as soon as I discovered mold with money back, and the hotel refused to give back the money for the rest of the days (I booked it for 9 days!) When I referred to my health condition, they requested my medical records! 9. The property requests EUR 150 deposit at the arrival, to be paid back on check-out. I received my deposit back after 5 days and two reminders.

  : Very good location, comfortable apartment. There is a reception, communication with hosts were good prior to the arrival. The terrace has good views over the beach and the pool, quite shallow.
