  : Discomfort caused by dust mites throughout the night, resulting in a rash and lack of sleep The night receptionist, an elderly man, was neither friendly nor helpful and would not have assisted me had I not insisted. The property shows signs of being run down and could benefit from an upgrade and a deep clean. The crockery and cooking utensils in the kitchen seem outdated. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I twice requested that management contact me so that I could share my grievances privately instead of on this platform, but this was ignored.
