: excellent location, only 10-15 walk from the town, very close to ski lifts, very nice efficient staff, clean, lovely decor, gorgeous views on The Valley, big kitchen/living room,
: very thin walls, on 3 nights there was a young crowd of people in the chalet beside us, on one of the nights they partied until 3 am with loud music and very loud crowd. Needless to say that we did not sleep that night. On the other nights we had to ring reception and ask to contact the people so they did and the music was turned down only to wake up again at 1:30 am with loud music!! Please separate your young party guests away from families next time. If you still want to come here bring some ear plugs just in case!!

: I really liked the city, full of content, everyone can find something for themselves. People are very pleasant and accommodating. The ski resort is excellent, the trails are perfect.
: The accommodation we stayed in is run down, the beds are very bad and there is a lot of ice and snow in front of the building, which makes it difficult to get in, out and move around the building itself.

: Clean, spacious chalet where we could cook and eat together as a big group. The ski locker was really handy, and once we got used to the free bus it was easy to get to all the different lifts. The walk into town for shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc was 15-20 minutes so not too bad. You could walk to a couple of lifts in 10 mins but with skis it was quite a lot of effort, you can always wait for the bus instead though. I think its very reasonably priced for the facilities and location, a great budget option.
: This might be a specific issue with booking through booking.com but we werent aware on arriving at the chalet that we had to check in at hotel alpina which was a 15 minute walk away. so our transfer had already dropped us off at the chalet with all our bags and we couldnt get in. We were told we should have received an email detailing all the information about check in but I didnt receive anything. Not a huge problem just slightly inconvenient and I wish Id known beforehand. Also, there is a shop 10 minutes away but it opens late and closes reasonably early. So when we realised wed run out of loo roll at 9pm we were a bit stuck.

: Very good location, beautiful view.
: Horrible staff. We arrived to the location to find out that we need to check in at another location 2km away. After arriving to the other location, we had to wait 30 minutes for the only person who could take care of us (who strangely claimed to be the owner, but for sure did not act like one). When we said this was a bit too much time and they could have told us we need to check in elsewhere in advance, the answer was "this is not our fault, you should have read the instructions better" and finally when they saw there was nothing in the instructions "it's the fault of booking.com". How stupid is that... No staff in the house, so whatever goes wrong (and it did) you wait at least 30 minutes for them to arrive. The rooms are okay, but furniture really worn out. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear everything from the room above you.
